Troubleshooting
A list of the most common problems and how to solve them on your own. If none of these work, write to soporte@notiwoo.com.
I can't sign in
- Check the email is spelled correctly (no leading or trailing spaces).
- Make sure Caps Lock is off.
- If you see "Invalid email or password", try resetting your password.
The "Forgot password" link doesn't work
- Make sure the email you typed exists in the system. If you see "The email does not exist in the system", contact your administrator.
- If you see "Expired link", request the reset email again.
I'm not getting order alerts
- Make sure NOTIWOO is open in some tab.
- Confirm your Internet connection.
- Check that the browser hasn't muted the NOTIWOO tab.
- Check that the license key is correct and valid (Settings → License key).
- Place a test order in WooCommerce to verify.
The notification sound isn't playing
- Turn up your device volume.
- Make sure the sound selected in Settings isn't "none".
- Some browsers mute audio until you interact with the tab; click anywhere on NOTIWOO once after opening it.
The printer isn't printing
If you see "An error occurred while printing":
- Make sure the printer is on, has paper and is connected.
- Verify Name, Type and Port in Settings match your operating system exactly.
- Close other applications that might be using the printer.
- Print a test page from your OS: if that doesn't work either, the issue is not in NOTIWOO.
The receipt prints misaligned
- Adjust the Top margin in Receipt settings.
- Review header and footer length: if they're long, they take more space than it looks.
- Turn off fields you don't need (subtotal, discount, etc.) to shorten the ticket.
I see the wrong currency
- Change the currency in Settings → Currency.
- Make sure it matches your WooCommerce store currency.
Language doesn't change
- Switch the language from the top bar or from Settings → Language.
- If it only changes on one screen, reload the page (F5).
NOTIWOO feels slow
- Close tabs and apps you're not using.
- Check your Internet connection speed.
- If you have thousands of orders, use the date filters so you don't load everything at once.
My session keeps logging out
If you see "Authentication session missing!", sign in again. If it happens often, check that the browser allows cookies for app.notiwoo.com.
