First steps

After signing in, NOTIWOO takes you straight to the main dashboard. Here's what each area is for so you can find your bearings in under a minute.

The sidebar

On the left you'll find the main menu. From here you jump between the three key sections:

  • Statistics — sales, products and peak-hour charts.
  • Orders — the list of incoming orders and how to manage them.
  • Settings — store, sound, language, currency, printer and receipt configuration.

At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find:

  • Your profile picture and name (click to edit your profile).
  • A Help shortcut and contact.
  • The Sign out button.

The header

At the very top you'll see:

  • The title Incoming orders and a quick Shipping type filter (All / Pickup / Delivery).
  • The language selector (ES / EN).
  • The light / dark theme toggle.

Your first order

When a new order arrives in your WooCommerce store you'll see:

  1. A pop-up notification saying "Incoming order! New order received".
  2. A notification sound (you can change it in Settings).
  3. Two quick buttons: View details and Print.
tip

If automatic printing is enabled, NOTIWOO will send the receipt to the printer for you without any action.

Day-one checklist

  • I've signed in successfully.
  • I've reviewed my profile (photo, name, email).
  • I've picked language and currency.
  • I've tested the notification sound.
  • If I use a printer, I've set it up and run a test print.
  • I've seen an order come in and processed it.

When you've ticked every box, you're ready to use NOTIWOO daily.
