First steps

After sign-in, NOTIWOO opens the control center. Every page follows the same structure, so learning one table, filter, or form helps across the admin.

Inventory and Marketing expand to show their pages. On small screens, open the menu from the header and close it after selecting a page.

The header contains the current page, light/dark toggle, ES / EN, incoming-order bell, avatar, and user menu. The bell shows a count when orders are waiting.

Repeated patterns

  • Search filters as you type.
  • Filters opens a side panel with additional criteria.
  • Refresh fetches the visible data again.
  • Add opens a form dialog.
  • Edit / Delete appear at the end of rows or cards.
  • Pagination controls page size and navigation.

Your first order

  1. Open Orders.
  2. Choose Table for comparison or Kanban for status flow.
  3. Open View detail.
  4. Review customer, items, extras, taxes, fees, and total.
  5. Print when needed.
  6. Move the order through a valid transition.

Both views use the same data. Switching does not create or duplicate orders.
