Sign-in and security
Sign in with a password, an email code, and—when enabled—an authenticator app.
First steps
After sign-in, the app opens the first section allowed by your role. Administrators and cashiers usually start in Orders; Catalog in Products; Marketing in Coupons; couriers in My deliveries. The badge beside the logo identifies your role.
Manage orders
Orders provides Table and Kanban views of the same collection. Search, filters and details remain synchronized when switching views. The browser remembers your selected view.
Manage deliveries
Open Deliveries → Dispatch as an administrator or cashier. Invite at least one courier first and check that the order uses Delivery and is In process.
Courier app
A Courier account opens a mobile interface with My deliveries, History and Profile. It shows only deliveries assigned to that person.
Customer tracking
A tracking link lets a customer check a delivery without signing in to the app. It is generated for the dispatched order and contains a private code.
Tables and QR codes
Tables shows occupancy by area and service metrics. It requires plugin 1.23.0 or later. Table service is part of Pickup, distinguishing Dine-in from Takeaway.
Products
Open Catalog → Inventory → Products. The table shows image, name, SKU, category, stock, price and status. Available controls depend on permissions.
Bulk catalog changes
Requires plugin 1.26.0 or later and catalog.bulk permission, granted to administrators by default. Permission to edit products does not automatically grant bulk changes.
Categories
Organize products in a WooCommerce category hierarchy.
Extras and extra categories
Configure additions, prices, selection rules, and global product groups.
Catalog · Tags and brands
Manage the tags and brands synchronized with WooCommerce from the current interface.
Growth · Customers
Review, segment, and export the customer base synchronized with WooCommerce.
Coupons
Create, search, edit, and delete coupons supported by the current NOTIWOO form.
Loyalty
The program requires plugin 1.25.0 or later and activation in Loyalty → Settings. Administrators and Marketing manage the program; cashiers have access to Customers and permitted redemption actions.
Statistics
Open Overview → Statistics. Available sections depend on role: administrators see the full dashboard and employees see statistics for their area.
Use NotiChat
NotiChat lets you explore your business through conversations and propose changes. Administrators decide which roles can use it; couriers cannot. See configuration.
Employees and roles
Administrators manage the team in Employees. Members, Active and Suspended counters help review access.
Profile and two-step verification
Update name, email, photo, and the authenticator app for your account.
