Statistics

The Statistics screen gives you a clear view of how your store is performing. It's organized as independent cards, each with its own date range and its own export to CSV button.

How each card works

In the bottom corner of every chart you'll find a menu with:

  • Date filter — a selector with From and To to scope only that card.
  • Export CSV — download the data of that card to open in Excel or Google Sheets.

Each card is independent: you can compare, for instance, Peak hours of last week with Best-selling products this month without one filter affecting the other.

Sales by day of week

The main card shows:

  • Total sales for the period (amount in your currency).
  • Total orders for the period.
  • An area chart with sales distributed by day of the week (Monday to Sunday).

Useful for spotting which day concentrates more revenue and planning promotions or staff accordingly.

Best-selling products

A ranking of the products with the most units sold during the selected period. Helps you:

  • Know what to always keep in stock.
  • Spot which products are worth promoting.
  • Identify what isn't moving.

Peak sales hours

A chart showing at what time of day your sales cluster. Useful to:

  • Reinforce the team during the busiest hours.
  • Schedule promotions during quiet hours.

Pickup vs Delivery

Split of orders between those the customer picks up in store and those that are delivered. Helps you balance operations and plan logistics.

Cancellation rate

Distribution of orders by status: Completed, Processing, Cancelled, Pending, On hold, Refunded and Failed. A high cancellation rate may point to stock issues, payment problems or delivery delays.

Export the data

Each card has its own Export to CSV button. Each file contains exactly the data visible according to the date filter applied to that card.

A weekly habit

Get into the habit of reviewing your statistics once a week. You'll spot trends much sooner than by looking at individual orders.

Compare periods

To compare two periods, export the same CSV with a different range each time and open both files as separate sheets in Excel.
