Do you have an online store running on WooCommerce? NOTIWOO alerts you the moment a customer places an order, shows you what they ordered, and can even print the ticket for you.

This guide is built so that anyone can learn to use it, even on day one. No tech background required.

What you'll be able to do

  • ✅ Know instantly when an order comes in (sound + on-screen alert).
  • ✅ See what the customer bought, their address, phone and comments.
  • ✅ Mark the order as in process, completed or cancelled.
  • Print the ticket automatically.
  • ✅ See how much you sold, which products are favourites, and what hours you sell the most.

Start here

If it's your first time, follow these four steps in order — in under 15 minutes you'll be ready:

  1. Sign in to NOTIWOO — open the app and log in.
  2. Tour the screen — a quick walk through the menu.
  3. Receive your first order — what to do when the alert plays.
  4. Tune the store to your taste — language, sound, currency.

Using a printer?

If you want to print receipts on a ticket printer, jump to Set up the printer. It's optional: NOTIWOO works perfectly without one.

These are the only "tech" words you'll see in this documentation:

  • WooCommerce: the platform your online store runs on.
  • Order: a purchase made by a customer.
  • Order status: where the order is in its journey (pending, in process, completed, cancelled…).
  • Ticket / Receipt: the paper printed with the order details.
  • Dashboard: NOTIWOO's main screen, where you see everything.
