Loyalty
The program requires plugin 1.25.0 or later and activation in Loyalty → Settings. Administrators and Marketing manage the program; cashiers have access to Customers and permitted redemption actions.
Configure the program
Set the name, customer identity and earning rules. Check which order status awards points: the default is Finalized. Define the amount per point, whether delivery is included and how orders using rewards are handled.
Configure redemption value, minimum points, maximum order percentage, coupon validity and login requirements. Changing point value affects the value of existing balances and may require confirmation.
Enable expiry, tiers or referrals after reviewing their rules. Save and test with an order before announcing the program.
Customers and accounts
Search by email, phone or name and open View account to inspect the balance and ledger. Adjust points requires a reason; use it for justified corrections.
Redemption deducts points and creates the corresponding benefit. Verify the account and cost before confirming. Generated coupons are identified as Points redemption in Coupons.
When one person has duplicate accounts, carefully review source and destination before merging. Do not merge accounts just because they share a name.
Campaigns, rewards and tiers
The campaign wizard guides four steps: goal, benefit, schedule and review. Check dates and conditions before activating a campaign.
Rewards can provide discounts, products or delivery, depending on their rules. Tiers recognize customer activity and may change benefits. Always check the cost and conditions customers will see.
Import, export and measure
Use CSV in Customers to import or export. Download or check the format shown in the interface, review the preview and resolve invalid rows before applying. Store exports where only authorized staff can access them.
Overview shows enrollment, activity, issued and redeemed points, and balances. Select a period to interpret comparisons.
Customers access My points in the store. See the WordPress experience.
