Loyalty in WordPress
Open Notiwoo → Loyalty. Since plugin 1.25.0, tabs provide Overview, Customers, Campaigns, Rewards, Tiers and Settings.
Enable the program and review earning, redemption, expiry and tier rules. For daily management, we recommend Loyalty in the app, which uses the same program.
Customer experience
When the program is active, customers find My points in My account. They can review their balance and available benefits under the program rules. Redemption may require signing in or verifying identity.
If referrals are enabled, review benefits for the referrer and invited customer, limits and requirements. Test the journey with sample accounts before promoting it.
Redemption coupons represent spent points: avoid treating them as ordinary promotional coupons. Check the account and ledger when a customer asks about a balance.
