Order status emails

In WooCommerce → Settings → Emails, review emails added by Notiwoo:

Email	Purpose
Order accepted	Confirm that the store accepted the order.
Order shipped	Announce dispatch; may include a tracking link.
Order finalized	Confirm the sale was closed.
Status change (store)	Notify the merchant of the corresponding change.

Select Manage to review whether the email is enabled, recipients where applicable, subject, heading and additional content. Save and test with a fictional order.

Language depends on WordPress and the sending context. Preserve the distinction between Completed and Finalized in subjects: delivering or preparing an order and closing its sale are separate steps.

If an email does not arrive, check activation, recipient address, spam and the WordPress mail service. Order status and email delivery are separate checks.
