Plugin troubleshooting

The store appears closed

Check service activation, temporary disabling and emergency closure. Review the WordPress time zone and that day's opening ranges. With outside-hours blocking enabled, an empty schedule keeps the service closed. Also check date, slot and capacity.

Changes do not appear in the store

Review coexistence mode in Dashboard. An active WooFood plugin can keep Notiwoo storefront features paused. Complete and verify migration before deactivating it.

After changing colors or layout, clear site and browser caches. Check that the catalog menu is enabled.

The map is missing

Check the Maps JavaScript key and its domain restrictions. For distance calculation, separately check the server key for Routes API and the store address. Without a key there is no map or autocomplete.

The app does not recognize statuses

Check plugin activation, version and the app connection. Accepted, Shipped and Finalized statuses must be available. See compatibility. Avoid repeatedly forcing manual changes while a conflict exists.

Pickup or tables are missing

Check that Pickup is enabled and the shipping zone has the corresponding method. For tables, enable the service in Notiwoo → Operations → Tables, then check selection mode and table status.

Points or notifications are missing

Loyalty is initially disabled: check its settings and the order status that awards points. For WhatsApp, check consent, template, activation and quota in the app.

When requesting help, include version, screen, message and reproduction steps. Hide personal data and credentials.
