Install and connect the plugin

The Notiwoo plugin connects WooCommerce to the app and adds extras, services and schedules, catalog layouts, tables, loyalty and status emails.

Requirements and installation

Requires WordPress 6.0, PHP 7.4 and WooCommerce 6.0 or later, with WooCommerce active. It supports HPOS order storage.

  1. Back up the store and test installation on a copy.
  2. In Plugins → Add new → Upload plugin, select the Notiwoo ZIP, install and activate it.
  3. Open Notiwoo → Dashboard and check the version and operating mode.
  4. Configure services and opening hours before accepting orders.
  5. Explicitly enable the optional modules you need: catalog menu, tables and loyalty.

Migrate from WooFood

If a WooFood plugin covered by coexistence mode remains active, Notiwoo pauses its storefront features to prevent interference.

Review migration status in Dashboard and the import options offered by each module. Verify imported extras, products, services and schedules. Once the migration has been checked and a backup exists, deactivate the previous plugins and verify Notiwoo's operating mode.

Deactivation does not mean you should delete previous data. Place a test order before treating the migration as complete.

Connect to the app

The connection uses the WordPress site, an authorized administrator or shop manager account and an application password. Create it in that account's profile with an identifiable Notiwoo name and provide it only through the secure channel indicated during setup.

The integration also uses standard WooCommerce webhooks for order updates. Verify that an order and a status update reach the app. Do not publish application passwords or webhook secrets in screenshots or support requests.

To build your own integration, see the plugin REST API and try it first in the test environment.

Language

Since 1.29.0, the plugin includes Spanish and English. WordPress chooses the language from site settings and, in administration, the user's preference. English variants use the included English translation. See compatibility.
