GPS tracking
Administrators control Courier GPS tracking in Configuration.
Enable
Turn tracking on. Each courier must agree to share location and grant browser permission in their app. The store switch does not provide consent on their behalf.
Location points support the delivery map and can show an approximate position to the customer during delivery.
Disable
Turning tracking off requests confirmation because it stops active locations. Assignments and deliveries can still be managed without live location.
Turning the switch back on permits new sessions; it does not mean each courier has granted permanent authorization.
Missing location
Check the switch, consent, browser permission, connectivity and active session. Sessions last up to four hours and points are sent approximately every twenty seconds. Battery saving and background restrictions can interrupt them.
