Sign in and access
NOTIWOO runs in your browser at app.notiwoo.com. No installation needed — just open the page, sign in, and start working.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- An invitation or credentials (email and password) given to you by your store's owner.
- A stable Internet connection.
- A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or recent Safari).
- Optional: a receipt printer connected to your computer if you want to print receipts.
Sign in
- Open app.notiwoo.com.
- You'll see the Welcome screen.
- Enter your email and password.
- Tick Remember me if you want the browser to remember you.
- Click Sign in.
If your credentials are correct, you go straight to the NOTIWOO dashboard.
tip
Seeing "Invalid email or password"? Check there are no trailing spaces, that Caps Lock is off, and try again.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password?.
- Type your email and press Send password reset email.
- Open the email you receive and click the link.
- Type your new password twice and click Save password.
note
The email link is single-use and expires after a few hours. If you see "Expired link", request a new one.
Change the language from the sign-in screen
The Sign in screen has a language selector at the top. You can switch between Spanish and English before logging in.
Sign out
Inside the app, click Sign out at the bottom of the sidebar.
