Customers

The Growth → Marketing → Customers section lists every customer who has purchased from or registered on your WooCommerce store.

The customer list

Each row includes:

• First and last name
• Email
• Phone
• City
• Date joined
• Number of orders and total spent
• View detail action

Search and filter

The top bar provides:

• Search by name, email or phone.
• A Filters button that opens a panel with:
  • Join date range
  • Minimum and maximum total spent
  • Minimum number of orders
  • City

These filters are useful to spot repeat customers, high-value customers or inactive customers.

Customer detail

Clicking View detail opens a window with:

Personal data

• First name, last name, email and phone
• Billing and shipping address

History

• Total orders and total spent
• Average ticket
• Last order (date and amount)

Orders

A list of the orders that customer placed, with date, status and total. Useful for resolving questions or complaints without having to go to the orders screen.

The Customers screen is read-only: to edit customer data or create a new one, do it from your WooCommerce admin. NOTIWOO will reflect the changes after refresh.
