First steps
After signing in, NOTIWOO takes you straight to the main dashboard. Here's what each area is for so you can find your bearings in under a minute.
The sidebar
On the left you'll find the main menu. From here you jump between the three key sections:
- Statistics — sales, products and peak-hour charts.
- Orders — the list of incoming orders and how to manage them.
- Settings — store, sound, language, currency, printer and receipt configuration.
At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find:
- Your profile picture and name (click to edit your profile).
- A Help shortcut and contact.
- The Sign out button.
The header
At the very top you'll see:
- The title Incoming orders and a quick Shipping type filter (All / Pickup / Delivery).
- The language selector (ES / EN).
- The light / dark theme toggle.
Your first order
When a new order arrives in your WooCommerce store you'll see:
- A pop-up notification saying "Incoming order! New order received".
- A notification sound (you can change it in Settings).
- Two quick buttons: View details and Print.
tip
If automatic printing is enabled, NOTIWOO will send the receipt to the printer for you without any action.
