Statistics

The Statistics screen gives you a clear view of how your store is performing. Every chart updates based on the date range you pick at the top.

Pick a period

Use the date selector to narrow down:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 / 30 days
  • This month
  • Last month
  • A custom range with From and To.

Press Apply to refresh the charts or Cancel to discard.

Key indicators

At the top you'll see two large numbers:

  • Total sales — revenue in the period.
  • Total orders — number of orders placed.

Best-selling products

A top 5 of the products that sold the most units in the period. Useful to:

  • Know what should always be in stock.
  • Spot what's worth promoting.
  • Identify what isn't moving.

Peak sales hours

A chart showing which times of day your sales concentrate at. Useful to:

  • Reinforce staff during peak hours.
  • Schedule promotions during quiet hours.

Pickup vs Delivery

A chart that splits orders between pickup in-store and delivery to home. Helps you balance operations.

Cancellation rate

Distribution of orders by status: Completed, In process, Cancelled, Pending, On hold, Refunded and Failed. A high cancellation rate may signal stock, payment or delivery issues.

Export the data

Every chart has an Export to CSV button so you can open the data in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other tool. The file includes separate sheets like Pickup vs Delivery and Cancellation rate.

tip

Make it a habit to review the statistics once a week. You'll spot trends much earlier than by looking at individual orders.
