Coupons
Coupons are discount codes your customers apply at checkout. From Growth → Marketing → Coupons you create, edit and delete them without entering the WordPress admin.
The coupon list
Each row shows:
- Coupon code
- Discount type (fixed cart amount, percentage on the cart, percentage on a product…)
- Amount
- Expiry date
- Usage (how many times it's been applied) and usage limit
- Status (active, expired)
- Edit and delete actions
A search box on top filters by code, and a rows-per-page selector controls pagination.
Create or edit a coupon
The New coupon button opens the form with these fields:
- Code — what the customer types at checkout (required).
- Description — internal only.
- Discount type:
- Fixed cart amount

- Fixed product amount
- Amount of the discount.
- Expiry date (optional).

Good coupon practices
- Use expiry dates to create urgency.
- Set a per-customer limit to prevent abuse.
- For large campaigns, prepare coupons the day before and have them ready.
