Statuses and payment methods

A quick reference you can check whenever you don't remember what a status or payment method means.

Order statuses

Status in NOTIWOO	What it means
Payment pending	The customer hasn't completed payment yet.
In process	The order is paid and you're preparing it.
On hold	Paused waiting for something (stock, verification, etc.).
Completed	The order has been delivered and closed.
Cancelled	The order was voided (by you or the customer).
Refunded	The customer has been refunded.
Failed	The payment or processing returned an error.

Payment methods

On screen	When it appears
Cash	Cash on delivery.
Bank transfer	Payment via bank transfer.
Cheque	Traditional cheque.
Card terminal	In-store card payment.
Test payment	Payments in test mode.
NA	Unknown or unmapped method.

Shipping types

• Pickup — the customer picks up in-store.
• Delivery — the order is shipped to the customer's address.
• All — filter shortcut to view both types.
